    Your uniqueness is your biggest asset- and that can’t be purchased or found in the dark corners of the web.

    What is unique to you and what you bring to your business? Figure that out and then turn that dial way the heck up!

  • 2. How you SERVE matters.

    Customer service, be it in person or online, will ALWAYS be one of the most vital parts of creating brand loyalty.

    Kindness costs nothing. And going above and beyond client expectation is worth it’s weight in gold every time. For every client you treat like the most important person to your business, who you treat GENUINELY like a friend, they will send countless more potential customers/clients your way.
    Your client is part of your free advertising arsenal- utilise that to its full potential and you can’t lose.

  • 3. Consistent Branding! (of course)

    👉 for real though! A brand that shows up consistently with the same bland visual aesthetic and message each day is still going to do better than a brand that has incredible visual branding that they change for something new every couple of months.

    The more we see the same visual message the more trust we build towards the brand.
